COMMITTEES
In this early stage of
Association operations, no committees have been
appointed.
-
The Association mows lake and canal banks, greenbelts, drainage swales and road right-of-ways three times per year -- in early June, August/September and November/December. Right-of-ways consist of approximately 40 ft. of land cleared in 2007 and 2008 along the roadway.
-
The lakes in the community are a vital part of the storm water management plan for Meadows and Villas. They are inspected and treated eight times per year to control algae, grasses and cattails.
-
The Board of Directors and Management continue to spend a considerable amount of time and effort assuring the Meadows sewer installation project and the Villas/Springs water/sewer installation project are completed in a timely fashion and at a fair and reasonable cost to the owners.
