• The next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 1:00 p.m.
• The 2008 Assessment is $70 and was due January 1, 2008. Statements were initially mailed November 9, 2007 along with information about the Annual Meeting and reminder notices were mailed in February. Per the Association’s adopted Delinquent Assessment Policy, a $15 late fee has now been added to all delinquent accounts and another statement was mailed. If you have not already paid your assessment, please do so as soon as possible to avoid possible lien action.
