Rotonda Meadows/Villas Conservation Association is dedicated to ensuring the beauty, safety, and stability of the area, promoting neighborliness and pride among the residents, and forming a base for representation in matters affecting the community.
This website provides services to residents of Rotonda Meadows/Villas Conservation Association located in prestigious Placida. Rotonda Meadows/Villas is located in Southwest Florida, near the Intra-Coastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico (see Florida insert) and a short drive from the causeway to Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island.
The Association, a non profit Florida corporation, is the governing body for the Rotonda Meadows and Rotonda Villas subdivisions, a Rotonda community located on the Cape Haze Peninsula in Southwest Florida. The Association is comprised of over 4,500 property owners, many of whom purchased their lot(s) in the early 1970’s when Rotonda was first developed. This Association was first activated and turned over to the owners (members) by the Developer, Cape Cave Corporation, in December 2003.
