Block and Lot Numbers
A quick and convenient way to locate your block and lot number would be to refer to your account number listed on your annual Rotonda Meadows/Villas Conservation Association statement. These numbers relate to your block and lot number as follows:
The first digit indicates the subdivision:
o 7 for Rotonda Springs
o 8 for Rotonda Meadows
o 9 for Rotonda Villas
- For Rotonda Meadows, the second, third and fourth digits indicate the block number and the last two digits indicate the lot number
- For Rotonda Villas and Rotonda Springs, the second and third digits indicate the block number and the last three digits indicate the lot number.
For Example:
In Account Number 812345, the breakdown would be as follows:
- 8 (first digit) indicates Rotonda Meadows
- 123(next three digits) indicate the block number
- 45 (next two digits) indicate the lot number
In Account Number 912345, the breakdown would be as follows:
- 9 (first digit) indicates Rotonda Villas
- 12 (next two digits) indicates the block number
- 345 (next three digits) indicates the lot number
In Account Number 712345, the breakdown would be as follows:
- 7 (first digit) indicates Rotonda Springs
- 12 (next two digits) indicates the block number
- 345 (next three digits) indicates the lot number
