Block and Lot Numbers

A quick and convenient way to locate your block and lot number would be to refer to your account number listed on your annual Rotonda Meadows/Villas Conservation Association statement. These numbers relate to your block and lot number as follows:

The first digit indicates the subdivision:

o   7 for Rotonda Springs

o   8 for Rotonda Meadows

o   9 for Rotonda Villas

  • For Rotonda Meadows, the second, third and fourth digits indicate the block number and the last two digits indicate the lot number
  • For Rotonda Villas and Rotonda Springs, the second and third digits indicate the block number and the last three digits indicate the lot number.
